1. Subscription & Month-to-Month Terms

Netline POS software subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis. Merchants may cancel software services at any time without early cancellation fees.

2. Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) Replacement Warranty

Equipment bundled under our leased options includes full warranty coverage. In the event of hardware failure under normal commercial operating conditions, Netline POS will ship a replacement terminal via overnight delivery.

3. Pass-Through Card Processing Settlement

Card processing services are provided via integrated payment routing. Settlements on banking business days deposit by 7:00 PM EST for batches closed prior to 5:00 PM EST.
